home staging? Home staging is the art and technique of
“depersonalization”.
Staging can range from a simple consultation with the sellers
about how to reduce clutter, to completely running a project,
including painting, landscaping, flooring and, of course,
staging the interior of the home with furniture, plants, artwork
accessories and more.
Our services
are tailored to the unique needs of each client and range from a
2-3 hour consultation to creating a fully staged home
incorporating both interior and exterior enhancements.
Depending on
client needs, our services can range from simple de-cluttering
and cleaning to creating an attractive and inviting atmosphere
throughout the entire property. Home staging is also the perfect
solution for vacant or minimally furnished properties, adding
life and interest to an otherwise sterile space and helping
buyers to better realize the potential.
Initial
consultations generally take about 1-3 hours and result in a
detailed and prioritized list of recommendations. This
comprehensive list of tasks will outline exactly what is
required to effectively prepare a home for sale. As much as
possible, we will incorporate existing furnishings and
accessories to maximize impact for minimum cost.
With the
recommendations in hand, clients can choose to implement some or
all of the changes, or for a quick and hassle-free alternative,
we can provide an estimate to complete all or part of the
project.
